We do have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) area that will have information about certain issues or troubles you can run into when using DVD's and our services we provide. This area will have as much relavent information as possible. If there are issues that are not covered in this area, and you would like to suggest to have this posted, please feel free to email us and ask. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PROJECTS PURCHASED:

If problems arise from a project you have purchased from MEDAWiRX, please email wirx-support@mediawirx.com

This can include DVD projects, tape transfers, images/graphics that were touched up or created by us.

Please keep in mind as well, when a project has been started by MEDIAWiRX, you will have been sent a link to the MEDIAWiRX Production Blog. This link can be used for as long as your project is active. If you are in the middle of a production with us, please use this blog to post any questions or concerns that you have. We get email updates for every post made to the Production Blog, so as soon as you publish your question/concern there, you can be assured it will be handled immediately.

This Production Blog is only available to clients who have purchased a package through MEDIAWiRX.

No information is provided to ANY person or business outside of MEDIAWiRX. Your privacy is completely
safe when you purchase with us.

MISCELLANEOUS PROBLEMS:
